Our administration specializes in different areas of education but work collaboratively to ensure that our students, teachers and community are getting continual support in and outside of the classroom.

My name is Jodi Contento. I have been in education for over 18 years. I began my time at Public School 78 in 2012, the year the school was founded. The students have always been at the center of my work as I am committed to helping all students believe in themselves and reach their potential so they will be ready for college and careers. I am beyond dedicated to the overall achievement as well as the social and emotional well-being of each student at Public School 78 regardless of their race, home life, or circumstance. I have a passion for teaching and learning and enjoy watching our students flourish during their educational journey and continue to have an impact on their community and their lives.

My name is Danielle Arena-Jacobsen. I’ve had the privilege of being a part of P.S. 78 since we opened in September 2012. I am extremely proud of how our school has grown over the past four years. I am honored and excited to move into the role of Assistant Principal. I remain committed to helping our students meet their potential by providing students with the supports they need to succeed. Together we can inspire students to become leaders that will make a difference in our community and the world.

My name Kamor Olayokun, Jr and I am an Assistant Principal at Public school 78. It is an honor to work in the Stapleton Community over the last 10 years. I am committed to supporting the community beyond my abilities, and that work begins with the students at Public School 78. As an Assistant Principal I vow to give the students, staff, and families opportunities for access and advancement through education. The work that is done at Public School 78 is never ending to the point that we no longer call it work, but rather call it the way we live, and that is for the community, through the community.
